Materials and construction: The pad is crafted with 300 GSM 100% GOTS-certified organic Australian Merino wool (non-mulesed). The wool surface is designed to regulate temperature naturally, wick moisture, and conform to body contours for a plush, breathable sleeping layer.
Size and power: This listing is for the California King size, measuring 72" x 84" and rated for 110–120V operation with a 70W draw. The electrical system is built for typical household outlets and provides steady low-wattage heat suitable for overnight use.
Heating zones and controls: The unit features multi-zone heating with independent settings so you can set separate temperatures for torso and feet. There are nine heat levels available and the digital touchscreen controllers include memory of previous settings, letting you return to preferred warmth quickly.
Timer and safety features: A programmable auto shut-off runs from 1 up to 12 hours in one-hour steps (the highest setting is labeled H for 12 hours). The control electronics are designed to emit ultra-low electromagnetic fields (EMF) while offering convenient timed operation for safety and energy savings.
Fit and wiring: Upgraded heating wires meet ETL safety standards and are integrated so you don’t feel them under bedding. The pad has a deep 360° elastic skirt that fits mattresses up to 18" and keeps the surface smooth and secure without bunching.
Care and warranty: The pad is backed by a 5-year guarantee for manufacturing defects. It may be hand washed or machine washed following the care instructions. Do not dry clean or use bleach. Never power the unit while damp — make sure it is completely dry before plugging in.

Nightly comfort upgrade
I use this every night and have slept more soundly since getting it.

Solid performance with split-zone control
Heats reliably and I value the left/right split controls; the king size included two controllers. I wish there were wireless app options for remote adjustments, but the onboard controls reach comfortable sleep temps and aren’t meant to be medical heating devices. I laid a thin wool topper over it at first, though the pad itself is plush enough that you likely won’t feel the wiring.

Peaceful solution for temperature fights
When I want less cover and my partner needs warmer feet, the four separate zones and timers solve our differences. It’s soft and cozy and I don’t notice the wiring.

Provides consistent warmth, the dual controls are straightforward, and it’s easy to operate.

Wool quality was great, controls were unreliable
The Merino wool felt lovely, but the controller behaved inconsistently. I ended up returning it.

Good but not worth a big premium
It functions as intended, yet I didn’t find it justified the higher cost over the non-wool models. The internal coils felt a bit thicker under certain positions and I preferred mechanical buttons to the capacitive touchscreen. We returned it and chose a simpler non-wool model with push-button controls instead.

Effective zoned heat, quality feel
We’ve used this nightly for weeks and it pre-warms the bed nicely. The multi-zone feature lets me heat my back while my partner warms both his back and feet. It holds heat under sheets and blankets, stays put on the mattress, and feels well made. The wool isn’t as thick as I expected and I avoid frequent washing, but for organic material it’s worth the cost.

Cozy wool surface, warms well
I adore this wool heated pad — the top feels incredibly soft and perfect for cold nights. It shed a little at first, but a quick shake or a gentle wash cleared most fibers. The four-zone setup is fantastic for keeping my feet warmer than my torso.
