Product review
This Advent calendar jigsaw contains 1,000 pieces and assembles to 26 5/8" x 19 1/4" when complete. The package includes 24 individually numbered boxes; each box holds the pieces for a single section of the overall image.
Designed as a December countdown, you reveal and add one section per day until the scene is finished on Christmas. Once the holidays are over you can disassemble the puzzle and return each numbered piece to its matching box for storage and reuse the following year.
The puzzle is printed on thick, premium-quality board produced with recycled materials. Precision die-cutting minimizes dust; pieces are randomly shaped and fully interlocking for a satisfying fit.
Combining a themed jigsaw with an Advent calendar adds extra anticipation to the season. There is also a piece-replacement guarantee: if a piece is missing after you finish the puzzle, contact Vermont Christmas Company for a replacement.
Pros
- 24-section format makes a 1000-piece puzzle manageable
- Thick recycled board with cleanly-cut, interlocking pieces
- Numbered boxes and backs simplify storage and replay
Cons
- Segmented pacing may tempt you to open multiple days
- Requires a large, clear surface to display while assembling
- Can be pricier than single-box puzzles
VerdictA delightful way to count down to Christmas that turns a large jigsaw into a manageable daily activity. The 24-box format suits families, children, and older puzzlers who prefer smaller daily goals. The board is thick, pieces interlock cleanly, and the numbered backs make storage simple. If you want a framed holiday scene after December, the finished size is generous. Minor downsides: the segmente

Gorgeous illustration
Big fan of Christmas scenes and the red truck — this was a great gift. The finished image is beautiful and larger than usual, but splitting it into advent sections made assembly enjoyable.

So much fun — highly recommend
Excellent quality. The small boxed sections make a large puzzle approachable; I even opened a few ahead because it was so fun. Great option for anyone who finds a 1000-piece puzzle daunting.

Fantastic present for kids
A huge hit with 5–10 year olds. Each day’s pieces come in their own numbered box, which helped younger children while still engaging older kids. Pieces are a good size for small hands and are easy to store by number.

More than a seasonal countdown
I bought this for my elderly mother and it’s been wonderful. She prefers working one boxed section at a time and now asks for more sets year-round because it's easier than tackling a full 1000-piece at once. Beautifully boxed.

Accurate and good quality
Matches the description and is well made. Pieces are thick and glossy, cleanly cut, and numbered on the back to correspond with the boxes for easy packing.
