Product review

Vintage amber Edison-style bulbs: These bulbs are finished in warm amber glass and shaped in the classic A19/A60 profile with a visible filament for an old-fashioned appearance. They give off a soft yellow/orange light that suits relaxed, intimate settings such as bedrooms, dining areas and cozy corners.

Fit and electrical specs: Each lamp has a standard E26 screw base for compatibility with most household fixtures. Rated wattage is 60W with a dimmable output of roughly 240 lumens, a color rendering index around 80, and a very low color temperature near 2100K for a deep warm cast.

What’s in the box and materials: The package contains the amber-glass A19 incandescent bulbs and protective packing materials (two pearl-cotton inserts) to reduce transit breakage. The bulbs are glass-bodied with incandescent filaments and an E26 metal screw base.

Installation and uses: These A19 bulbs install quickly into pendant lamps, wall sconces, table lamps and many commercial decorative fixtures. They are intended for indoor or covered outdoor decorative use — restaurants, living rooms, bedrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens where warm ambient lighting is preferred.

Packaging and service: Boxes are padded with foam pieces to protect the glass during shipping. The seller offers replacement or compensation if bulbs arrive damaged and provides customer service for functional issues such as non-working units or packaging faults.

Pros

  • Very warm 2100K amber glow that creates a cozy atmosphere
  • Standard E26/A19 fit and dimmable operation
  • Protective packaging plus seller support for damage or defects

Cons

  • Consumes 60W and has a shorter lifespan than LEDs
  • Extremely warm/orange tint may be too intense for some rooms
  • Lower lumen output (≈240 lm) not ideal for task lighting

VerdictThese vintage-style amber incandescent bulbs deliver a very warm, nostalgic glow and fit standard E26 fixtures. They’re dimmable and render colors naturally, making them ideal for mood lighting in living spaces and hospitality settings. Trade-offs include 60W power draw and a shorter lifespan versus modern LEDs, but they excel when atmosphere and retro looks matter most.

  1. Sarah 4/5

    Extremely warm — very orange

These are far warmer and more orange than my previous bulbs. One in a lamp is fine, but four in a vanity made the bathroom too orange. It may be ideal if you want very warm tones, though it’s a bit extreme for my taste.

  2. Jennifer 5/5

    Arrived intact, pleasant color

Everything arrived in good condition and the color is pleasant. They suit my fixtures and, since LEDs give me headaches, these are a welcome change. I’d recommend them.

  3. Sharon Guzman 5/5

    Works for sensitive users

LEDs bother me, so these warm incandescents are a relief — comfortable glow with no headaches. I’m not sure how long they will last, but they work well so far.

  4. JustCher 5/5

    Perfect warm hue

Lovely bulbs — the color is very soothing and exactly what I wanted. I haven’t tried them dimmed, but the brightness suits our fixtures and the sockets accepted them without issue. Given the value and quick delivery, I’m very pleased.

  5. ILGamblers 5/5

    Nostalgic and calming

I avoid the harsh feel of LED light and these deliver a gentle, nostalgic glow that changes the room’s atmosphere. The vintage look is a nice bonus, and the warm light is exactly what I wanted.

  6. Show me the goods 5/5

    They light up my rooms

These bulbs give a deep, warm yellow glow that makes spaces feel welcoming. The lighting is gentle on the eyes, dimmable, and renders skin tones and food naturally. They turn on instantly without warm-up. The trade-off is higher power use and shorter life compared with LEDs, but I prefer them for mood lighting in bedrooms and living areas.
