What’s included: One gallon jug of enzyme cleaner formulated to tackle human, cat and dog urine and feces. Each gallon contains roughly 200 billion live microbe colonies that feed on organic waste.
Composition and size: This is a concentrated liquid enzyme product with naturally derived microbial cultures and supporting ingredients to promote deep penetration and odor neutralization. The unit is a one-gallon container meant for repeated household or light-commercial use.
How it works and how to use it: Apply directly to stained carpet, upholstery, padding, tile or grout; allow the enzymes time to liquefy and digest the organic matter. For launderable items, presoak or add as a prespray to problem areas prior to washing. It can also be used in drains, urinals and toilets as an odor-control boost. Follow label directions for dwell time, dilution and safety precautions.
Safety and applications: The formula is intended to be safe to use around pets and children when directions are followed. It is designed for deep cleaning—penetrating fibers and underlying padding—so repeat applications or extended drying time may be needed for very old or set-in odors. Manufactured by Kinzua Environmental for household and commercial-strength cleaning.
Pros
- Powerful enzyme action targets the source of urine odors
- Large 1-gallon size suitable for multiple treatments
- Versatile: carpets, upholstery, laundry, drains and hard surfaces
Cons
- Initial strong odor while enzymes are active
- May require multiple applications for older or severe stains
- Contains live microbes — follow safety directions
VerdictA concentrated enzyme solution that targets urine and fecal molecules rather than masking them. The gallon formula is versatile for fabrics, carpets, upholstery, drains and hard surfaces. It can smell strong while the enzymes work, but many users report long-lasting odor removal once fully dried.

Incredible results for laundry and hidden stains
My rescue GSD had been urinating on clothing stored in totes. I discovered it after smelling things and sprayed the gear. It removed the odor from many items—saved clothes I thought were ruined.

Saved my blankets after multiple washes
Blankets that kept smelling even after several machine washes cleared up after soaking them with a cup of enzyme cleaner then laundering again. Smell completely gone.

Not very impressive for me
I didn’t see a major improvement after treating several spots. May not work for every situation.

Effective at removing cat-urine smell
Did a few treatments and the cat odor was noticeably reduced. Works similarly to other enzyme cleaners I've used.

Enzyme action actually breaks down the problem
This addresses the organic source rather than covering it. Let it sit and the enzymes do the work — works much better than masking fragrances.

Smell gone after letting it sit and steam-cleaning
Initial application smelled strong, but after a 30-minute dwell and steam cleaning the area, the odor was eliminated. Very pleased.

Stick with it — scent intensifies before it clears
Applied liberally to a frequently soiled carpet area. The ammonia smell got stronger for days, but after about five days of drying the air cleared and the odor was greatly reduced.

Household odor practically disappeared
Between potty-training kids and cats marking, the carpets were awful. After treating with the gallon and giving the enzymes time to work, the ammonia stench lifted and the home felt normal again.

Did the trick for renters' cat mess
Used on tile and a corner area after renters left a cat behind. It smelled odd briefly but the odor disappeared within a few hours.

Highly effective on balcony accidents
My dogs urinated on the balcony and this removed the odor. Pleasant smell and good performance.

Doesn’t always eliminate odor completely
You need to leave it on for several hours and even then some urine scent can remain. Not perfect in all cases.

Failed to remove cat urine in my case
Treated a stone-tiled area three times, scrubbed grout, and allowed long dwell times but the urine smell persisted. Disappointing for me.

No skin reactions, works in laundry
Laundry smelled fresh and neither of my household members with sensitive skin reacted. Note the product recommends a cup dosage and safety precautions.
