Product review
This offering arrives as a pack of two containers, each holding 24 ounces of finely ground psyllium husk powder (48 ounces total). The powder is produced from natural psyllium husks and supplies both soluble and insoluble fiber in a concentrated form.
The fine grind is designed to dissolve faster than whole husks, making it easier to incorporate into beverages or recipes — many users stir or shake it into water, juice, coffee, or smoothies. It can also be used as a binder in gluten-free baking where psyllium’s gelling properties improve texture.
Because the product is unflavored and has no added sugar, it fits into low-carbohydrate, gluten-free, and higher-protein diets. It’s labeled gluten-free and GMO-free, and intended to support healthy, natural elimination by moving intestinal waste more effectively than no-fiber regimens.
Pros
- Fine grind mixes more easily than whole husks
- Unflavored with no added sugar
- Contains both soluble and insoluble fiber
Cons
- Neutral but sometimes gritty taste
- Requires vigorous mixing or shaking
- May gel if not consumed quickly
VerdictA straightforward, additive-free psyllium powder sold as a twin pack that provides soluble and insoluble fiber in a fine grind. It blends more readily than whole husks and is unflavored, gluten- and GMO-free, with no sugar added. Expect improved regularity but a bland texture and the need to mix or shake vigorously.

Use with juice or flavored liquid
Solid product — I always mix it into juice or another flavored drink. Be aware costs can fluctuate over time.

Useful for gluten-free baking
I used this powder in a gluten-free sandwich bread recipe and the loaf turned out well. It helped with structure and crumb.

Shake it for best texture
Follow directions and it’s easy. I put one teaspoon in a 12 oz mug, close and shake for about 10 seconds, then drink. If it gels in the mug I add water and keep sipping. Sometimes I end up drinking extra water, which is good for hydration.

Works like whole husk at a lower cost
Delivers the same digestive benefits as whole husks but in a more convenient powdered form and typically for less money.

Start small and mix with warm liquid
Begin with a very small measure—I use about 1/8–1/4 of a teaspoon now. The powder resists wetting in cold drinks and will clump; it dissolves far better in hot or warm beverages or in a blender. Drink quickly or re-stir to avoid a gelled residue. Powder mixes much better than whole husks.

Reliable, quick results when prepared right
I had excellent outcomes. I moved from daily use to every other day and get consistent, fast, tidy bowel movements. I mix 12 oz powder drink, then follow with 8 oz water; room temperature seems best. The flavor isn’t pleasant — hold your nose if you must — but it’s effective.

Clean ingredient list, minor drawbacks
Chose this to avoid sugar, dyes, and other additives. It’s healthy overall, but the taste can be off-putting to some and a frother or vigorous shaking is needed to prevent clumps. Those are small compromises for a pure product.

Clean fiber with measurable results
I switched to this because it lacks the additives in some mainstream products and is a quality psyllium powder. I blend it into room-temp juice to avoid clumps; the taste is faint and becomes unnoticeable mixed. It took a couple of servings to adapt to the mouthfeel. My doctor recommended fiber for cholesterol management and my triglycerides dropped dramatically (from 450 to 76). Total and LDL have improved but remain high; I'll keep using it.
