Product review
Add a multifunctional jump platform to your home gym with this three-in-one foam plyometric box. One unit gives you three usable heights by orienting the box differently — options are 12" / 14" / 16", or 16" / 20" / 24", or 20" / 24" / 30" depending on the size variant selected — allowing quick changes between exercises and progression levels.
The core is molded from high-density EPE foam engineered to absorb impact while providing a firm surface for takeoffs and landings. A PU leather outer wrap covers the foam; it’s waterproof, easy to wipe clean after sweaty sessions, and features a concealed zipper for a neat finish. The top surface is textured to reduce slippage during jumps and bodyweight moves.
This plyo box supports a variety of training: box jumps, step-ups, dips, push-ups, lunges, Bulgarian split squats and even light bench-style work. It’s lightweight for easy repositioning and arrives fully assembled — no hardware or setup required. Reinforced stitching around the cover increases durability during repeated use.

Pros
- Three height settings for progression
- High-density EPE foam cushions landings
- Waterproof PU cover that's quick to clean
Cons
- Top may be too soft for users who prefer a hard surface
- Limited length for some dumbbell row variations
- Lightweight construction can feel less stable for heavy step-ups
VerdictThis 3-in-1 foam plyo box delivers a flexible training surface for home workouts. The dense EPE core cushions landings while still offering supportive rebound, and the PU outer layer wipes clean and resists slipping. It’s lightweight and arrives fully assembled, making it convenient to move around. Some users find the top too soft for heavy loading or that the length limits certain rowing movement

Company handled refund well
Box was too small for safe box jumps for us. The seller processed a quick refund and were professional—would deal with them again.

Great height choices for a shorter user
At 5'1" I can pick a height that suits my step-ups. The padded edges are comfortable for hip thrusts, so I don't need a towel. Handy for split squats and easy to move between rooms. Grip and length are the only drawbacks for rows.

Not ideal for steady step-ups
Too light and gives underfoot, so step-ups feel unstable and the box sags slightly when pressure is applied.

Space-saver that wipes clean
Very sturdy, a compact choice for home workouts, and the cover cleans up in seconds.

Works for our needs
Not the stiffest option for balance, but it performs adequately for casual use. Does the job.

Dependable for home use
Sturdy enough for at-home training. I would have preferred a firmer top, but overall a reliable option.

Solid build; stays put on carpet
Feels sturdy and seems like it will last. Only used for two weeks, but it surprisingly doesn't slide on carpet when I jump. Happy with it so far.

Durable and gym-friendly
Lightweight and safe on mats at our wrestling gym. Has held up well and is useful for box jumps, step-ups, dips and other drills. Very pleased so far.

Game-changer for HIIT
Was unsure at first, but after a few sessions I wish I'd bought it sooner. The flip-to-change heights is great. Soft yet supportive — I use it for jumps, as a weight bench, and for stretching.
