Product review
Durable 100gsm nylon fabric: The main fabric is a 100gsm woven nylon that balances elasticity and strength. It’s soft to the touch yet built to withstand repeated stretching and movement, suitable for aerial yoga, hammock lounging, and basic silks work.
Comprehensive kit contents: The package includes the aerial fabric, rigging hardware such as straps and carabiners, a guide to setup, non-slip yoga socks, and a frosted PE zipper storage bag. These extras help convert the fabric between a hammock-style swing and an aerial silk configuration.
Impressive load rating and sizing: The system is rated to support up to 1000 kg / 2204.62 lbs, giving confidence for inversions and dynamic moves. The total fabric length is long enough for many installations (check clearance requirements for full silks work), and the straps offer multiple loops for height adjustment.
Easy care and color options: The nylon is machine-washable and dries well on a gentle cycle, helping keep the hammock hygienic during regular use. Multiple color choices let you match studio or home decor.
How it’s used: Install the rigging to a secure overhead anchor or beam, adjust strap length and knot placement, then choose between a hammock loop or split silk arrangement for aerial poses, stretches, or swinging. The included guide outlines basic setup and safety tips for recreational practice.
Pros
- High 1000 kg (2204.6 lb) load capacity
- Soft yet strong 100gsm nylon fabric
- Includes rigging, socks, and storage bag
Cons
- Needs ample ceiling height for full silks work
- Fabric can feel slippery for some users
- May require extra fasteners for certain mounts
VerdictThis aerial silk and yoga swing kit delivers heavy-duty load capacity and a soft, elastic 100gsm nylon fabric that suits a range of aerial practices. The package comes with rigging components and helpful accessories so you can switch between hammock-style lounging and aerial-silk maneuvers. It performs well for stretching, inversions, and sensory play, though it requires adequate ceiling height an

Nice for my home gym
Great addition to my basement gym. Setup took some trial and error—fabric has a lot of give so tie tighter than you think, but the straps have many adjustment loops. I only needed two 200 lb-rated eye screws for my beams. The swing is comfortable and sturdy; inversions and back stretches feel fantastic.

Meets sensory needs
Included fittings allow different configurations. We use it as double ribbons tied at the base for my autistic son; it satisfies his climbing and swinging needs without damaging the ceiling. Cleans well in the washer and tumbles dry on low.

Short for aerial silks
Arrived without a swivel or knot bracket — only hammock-style parts. The listed 16' is total fabric length, leaving only about 7' usable below a knot for silks. Photos make heights look taller. Works well as a hammock but should be described accordingly.
