Never worked for me
It never charged, so I couldn't use it. Support processed the return quickly and refunded in full. The manufacturer should address the device issues.

Stopped charging after a few rounds
It performed well for the first two rounds but then stopped accepting a charge. The display will light, but the battery won't hold enough power for play.

Charger fix resolved problem
After about two months the battery wouldn't hold a full charge and the watch would die after a few holes. I had trouble contacting support initially, but they sent a different charging cord that restored normal operation.

Great functionality and accessories
Solid purchase. Battery lasts longer than my previous watches and it's simple to operate. The towel and extras are appreciated and delivery was quicker than I thought. Would recommend to golfers.

Good accuracy, a bit fiddly
Menus can be confusing at first, but as a straightforward golf GPS it performs well. Distance readings are reliable compared with other units. Wearing a watch in hot weather can feel sticky.
