Stopped working after a few months
Mine failed in under four months. Medium barely heated, then eventually high got spotty as well. The three-hour auto-off was inconvenient for consecutive clients. I wouldn’t buy this again based on my experience.

Was skeptical but pleasantly surprised
I expected issues based on negative comments but it warms quickly and the fleece is very soft. You can’t feel the wiring and the three-hour auto shutoff is a welcome safety feature.

Reliable office unit — we keep buying replacements
This is our third unit for the clinic. Heat control is consistent and the fleece feels durable; two of our older pads have lasted nearly three years. The long cord is handy for flexible room layouts. We always use a protector and sheet over it; once some topical leaked through but cleaned up easily.

Great for family bed warming and towels
We use this on the bottom of our king bed to keep toes and the duvet warm. Kids can move up if they get too hot. It also warms towels nicely after baths. I usually run it on a low setting and it’s plenty to feel the warmth through bedding.
