Dimensions & capacity: The bench measures 29.3" long by 12.8" wide and 18.7" high, providing seating space for two people side-by-side. Under the flip-top seat there is a 26"L x 10"W compartment sized to hold sheet music, method books, metronomes and other small accessories.
Materials & finish: The top is upholstered in wear-resistant PU leather over a high-resilience foam cushion for long practice comfort; the exterior is finished in a natural brown wood tone. The frame uses solid wooden legs for reliable support and felt pads are affixed to the feet to protect flooring and reduce slipping.
Functionality: The hinged top flips up to reveal the hidden storage and doubles as a piano bench or vanity-style seat. The padding offers soft, elastic support for extended practice or teaching sessions, while the waterproof PU surface wipes clean easily.
Assembly & included items: All mounting hardware, hexagon nuts, spring washers and the assembly wrench are supplied inside the seat compartment. Assembly requires attaching the legs to the bench with the provided bolts and wrench — no extra tools are necessary.
Pros
- Spacious two-person seating
- Concealed 26" x 10" storage compartment
- Comfortable padded PU seat that wipes clean
Cons
- Lid lacks soft-close mechanism
- Thin fabric ribbon used as lid support
- Top can slam if closed forcefully
VerdictWell-built and comfortable for practice or duet sessions, this wooden piano bench combines a roomy concealed compartment with a resilient PU-padded seat and sturdy solid-wood legs. Assembly is simple using the included fasteners and wrench. The lid could use a soft-close feature or stronger prop, but overall it’s a practical seating and storage solution.

Solid and functional
Very satisfied — the bench feels steady and the top opens to stow sheet music. It performs exactly as expected and holds up well.

Family-friendly, easy assembly but lid support is flimsy
This bench arrived with all bolts and tools tucked inside the seat, and attaching the legs was straightforward. The storage space fits music books, yet the lid stays propped only by a thin ribbon that worries me with heavy use by my four kids. Otherwise it feels sturdy and the cushion gives good posture for our 7 and 9 year olds.

Serviceable but needs a locking option
The bench is fine and easy to put together, but the top tends to lift when moving it. A latch or locking feature would keep the lid secure and make handling easier.

Great choice for a student
Purchased for our daughter taking lessons. The height is right, construction feels solid and the cushion is comfortable. The interior compartment holds books and accessories, making it a practical pick for a student’s practice area.

Works well, hinge could be gentler
My son practices a lot and this bench gets used constantly, which means the lid can slam if closed hard. It fits two people for duet lessons and stores his books inside, so it's useful overall despite the noisy lid.

Elegant and practical
We adore this bench. It went together quickly, has a clean look, and the opening seat stores music plus small instruments like a harmonica or flute. Well made and attractive.

A graceful, comfortable bench with clever storage
Unpacking this wooden piano bench felt like revealing a finely crafted instrument accessory. The white-ish finish is crisp and welcoming, and putting it together was quick and painless. When seated the padded cushion is surprisingly supportive, making long practice sessions easier. The lift-top storage is handy for music and small tools, keeping the keyboard area tidy.
