Product review
Textured ceramic nonstick interior — The pan’s WaveEtch-style surface blends a ceramic nonstick layer with a fine stainless steel texture that helps oil distribute evenly, improves food release, and adds abrasion resistance to the cooking surface. Metal tools are tolerated, though wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils are advised to prolong the finish.
Tri-ply stainless steel construction — Built with an aluminum core sandwiched between stainless steel layers, the 10.25-inch skillet heats quickly and keeps temperatures even across the base and walls to reduce hot spots. That construction is intended for tasks like frying eggs, searing salmon, tossing vegetables, and pancakes.
Health-forward coating and safety — The nonstick system is formulated without PFAS, PTFE, or PFOA, letting you cook with less oil and simplifying cleanup. The skillet works on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops and is oven-safe up to 450°F (232°C). A fitted 10.25-inch tempered glass lid is included to retain heat and moisture while allowing visual monitoring.
Design and care — Influenced by minimalist, flowing-water aesthetics, the Ukiyo-inspired exterior gives a refined look for modern kitchens. For best longevity and nonstick performance, operate on low to medium heat with a touch of oil. The pan is labeled dishwasher-safe, but gentle hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to avoid discoloration and extend the coating’s life.
Pros
- Even heating from tri-ply aluminum core
- Ceramic nonstick free of PFAS/PTFE/PFOA
- Includes tempered glass lid for monitoring
Cons
- Hand washing recommended to preserve finish
- Performs best on low to medium heat
- Coating may require careful care to maintain release
VerdictA thoughtfully engineered 10.25" skillet that pairs a textured ceramic nonstick surface with tri-ply stainless construction for even heat and reliable food release. It’s induction-ready, oven-safe to 450°F, and free of PFAS/PTFE/PFOA, making it a solid choice for everyday frying, searing, and light sautés. While dishwasher-safe, hand washing and gentle utensils will help the coating last longer. O

Mixed feelings about this 12-inch frypan
I’m a bit underwhelmed overall. It handles some foods very well but struggles with eggs. You do need to cook with lower heat to get the best results. Cleanup is easy and the included glass lid is something I like.

Great everyday pan
This is one of the top pans we own. The nonstick layer performs well and wiping it clean is effortless.

Really enjoying this skillet
I’ve cooked with it a few times and it’s exceeded my expectations. It looks nice and has a solid feel without being overly heavy. Eggs, stir-fries, and meat release well and cleanup is simple. The glass lid is a convenient bonus—no more hunting for covers. Overall, very pleased so far.

High quality and worth recommending
After several weeks of use this pan has become my go-to. The hybrid nonstick lets food brown while still coming away cleanly. The tri-ply build distributes heat evenly, and the 10-inch size suits stir-fries, veggies, and daily cooking. The lid seals in moisture and the oven/induction compatibility is a plus. I also appreciate the PFAS/PTFE/PFOA-free surface.

Worked fine briefly, then stuck
It cooked well for the first couple of weeks, but after a few months food began to cling. Once sticking starts it’s tough to clean. The weight felt good, but longevity didn’t meet my expectations.

Furano nonstick pan thoughts
I wanted an alternative to my Calphalon and Cuisinart pans as the old nonstick was showing wear. This one has comparable heft and a pleasing look, with a nicely placed logo on the handle. It appears to be sold alone in this size for now. After several uses I’d give it five stars for surface performance and overall feel—exactly what I needed.

Similar feel to the big-name designs
Many will recognize the overall concept from a larger brand — this version has a different interior pattern but works the same way. I own pans from the other maker and was curious to compare; construction, heat distribution, and nonstick behavior are effectively the same. Slight finish differences don’t change cooking or cleanup. A solid pan that performs as expected.
