CAPACITY & DIMENSIONS: 1.75 quart capacity, compact footprint for smaller burners and saving cabinet space. The lid fits snugly to trap steam during simmering.
HOW TO USE: Designed for sautéing, reducing sauces, simmering grains and boiling small quantities. Preheat on low-to-medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil or butter before cooking to help food release and ease cleaning.
