Never filled out to the advertised length
The insert never expanded to the case length — only about 39–40" instead of the 47.25" I expected. The cover is very soft but long bits of case were empty, the zipper left the seam area exposed, and the stuffing was too squishy to give proper knee-to-chest support. Disappointing for my needs.

Good fabric and handy end handle

Nice decorative bolster for the bed

Works well to keep my dog from cuddling up
So far it’s working perfectly — my 78 lb greyhound no longer presses up against me while we sleep. Keeps him at bay and I get cooler nights.

Perfect length but needed more fill out of the box
Length was exactly what I needed to support elbows, knees, and ankles. The cover is velvety and washed well. Out of the package the pillow was very soft and flat, so I added shredded inserts from old pillows and redistributed the fill. After that it worked great. If you want a firm, ready-to-use pillow, this may require extra stuffing.
