Compatibility and fit
This replacement distribution blower is intended as an aftermarket replacement for Harman distribution/convection fan parts 3-21-22647 and 3-21-33647. It fits a wide range of Harman models including many pellet stove models (Accentra 52i, Accentra 52i-TC, P38, P38 Plus, PP38+, P43, P43-C, P61, P61-C, P61A, P68, P68-C, PC45, Allure 50, Absolute 63, Invincible RS, Invincible T, Pellet Pro II) as well as compatible wood & coal and gas models (DVC-500/DVC500, 44 Magnum/Mark I, Clarity 929 DV/B-Vent and related BVG/DVG variants). Confirm your stove’s part number before ordering to ensure fit.
Included components and construction
The unit ships as a complete convection blower assembly: convection blower motor installed in its housing, and three attached wire leads terminated with 1/4" female insulated terminals for straightforward electrical connection. The motor is produced to FASCO specs and mounted to a stamped housing that aligns with factory bolt patterns on compatible Harman units. The assembly is intended to replace the distribution blower that forces heated air from the exhaust plenum out through the front vents to warm the room.
Electrical and performance specifications
Electrical rating: 115 Volts AC, 60 Hz. Current draw: 0.74 Amps. Speed: approximately 1500 RPM. The design emphasizes high airflow with low vibration; the FASCO-style motor and balanced impeller reduce mechanical noise while circulating a significant volume of air through the stove’s distribution channels.
Operation and benefits
When installed, the blower pulls or pushes air through the stove’s exhaust plenum and out the front vent openings, improving room heat distribution. Replacing a worn or noisy original fan will often restore proper combustion cooling and reduce squeaks or bearing noise that can develop after years of service. Many users note markedly improved airflow and a quieter running stove after swapping to this assembly.
Noise and durability notes
The motor is engineered for quiet operation and minimal vibration, but a small number of installations report faint humming or intermittent whistling depending on mounting, ducting, or location relative to living spaces. The product is supplied with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and a replacement guarantee during that period.
Pros
- Complete plug-and-play assembly with terminals
- Quiet, low-vibration FASCO-style motor
- Direct compatibility with many Harman models
Cons
- A few installs report faint humming or occasional whistle
- May require minor fit adjustments on some models
- One-year warranty only
VerdictA direct-fit aftermarket convection blower that restores circulation and quiet operation to aging Harman units. It arrives as a full assembly—motor with housing and insulated wiring—and matches the electrical and rotational specs of the original (1500 RPM, 115 V, 0.74 A, 60 Hz). The FASCO-engineered motor minimizes vibration and noise while increasing airflow. Installers report straightforward mou

Perfect fit and as quiet as the factory unit
My original ran for almost ten years before bearings got noisy. Repair attempts weren’t quiet, so I replaced the whole blower. This unit fit exactly and runs as quietly as the original; hoping it lasts just as long.

Good but a bit of hum
Bolt pattern matched well. I gave it 3/5 because there’s a subtle humming sound; fine for a basement install but it might bother a main living area.

Strong airflow, slight fit tweak needed
Very powerful airflow. Mounting dimensions were slightly off, but I adapted it and it functions well.

Authentic-feeling motor
I didn’t expect an authentic FASCO motor and feared a cheap import, but it arrived well packed and was plug-and-play. Very happy with the quality.
