Product review

What’s included: one wireless receiver (plug-in chime) and one wireless transmitter push button, plus mounting screws, anchors and adhesive tape for surface attachment.

Performance and range: The system advertises a wireless signal up to 1,000 ft (about 300 m) in open spaces, intended to reach upper floors, basements, garages or backyards without interference from neighboring doorbells.

Sound, light and controls: The receiver offers 52 selectable melodies and five volume settings that reach up to 115 dB, complemented by a bright LED flash to provide a visual alert. A memory feature restores the last chosen tone and volume after a power interruption so you don’t have to reset preferences.

Outdoor durability and power: The transmitter is rated IP55 for dust and water resistance and is specified to operate between -4°F and 140°F. It ships with a lithium coin cell battery installed; the battery life is quoted at up to three years depending on use and can be replaced when needed.

Installation and use: No wiring, Wi‑Fi or smartphone app is required. Simply plug the receiver into any standard outlet and mount the button at your door using the provided screws, anchors or adhesive tape. Use it for front or back doors, apartments, offices, garages, classrooms, or as a simple call button for caregivers or family members.

Pros

  • Long 1,000 ft (300 m) wireless range
  • Loud 115 dB chime with LED flash
  • Easy plug-and-play setup, no app or wiring

Cons

  • Many tones are toy-like or tinny

  • Limited to one receiver per kit

VerdictThis wireless doorbell kit delivers long-range coverage and a very loud chime with a visible LED flash, making it useful for larger homes, noisy rooms, or limited-hearing situations. Setup is quick — plug the receiver into an outlet and attach the transmitter with the included hardware or tape. The unit stores your selected melody and volume after power loss, and the outdoor push button is IP55 du

Reviews

  1. Mary Lynne 5/5

    Straightforward setup

Very simple to install and operate. The ringtone is pleasant and not intrusive.

  2. Michael Clifton 5/5

    Solid build and wide coverage

Feels well made and delivers excellent range. Offers a broad selection of chimes and songs, looks neat and is quite straightforward to install.

  3. Joe 4/5

Loud and simple, tones are hit-or-miss

Perfect for my home office — the receiver in the hall is loud enough to hear through working hours. There are many melody choices but a lot sound tinny or like animal effects. Still, pairing and mounting were simple and changing volume or tone is easy. A good value for what it delivers.

  4. Harut Sahradyan 5/5

    Well-built and dependable

Good quality product that performs as expected. Easy to operate and has been reliable in daily use — solid value for a no-fuss wireless bell.

  5. Tony 5/5

Wrong model at first, then good fit

I initially received the wrong unit (I needed a door sensor rather than a push-button), so I returned it. I ordered this again later when I wanted a ring option and it worked as intended. The black finish matches my aluminum frame and there are plenty of ringtones. Would purchase again if needed.

    Nice chime

    Attractive and functional.

  7. Ravi 2/5

    Unreliable in my location

Not suitable where I live — plugs awkwardly and experienced frequent connection dropouts. Performance was inconsistent.

  8. Alan G. 5/5

    Setup was effortless

It saved my tone and volume settings after unplugging just as promised. The melody list has familiar snippets like Für Elise, jingle bells and the birthday song plus some animal sounds. I tested tones from the couch using an extension cord, then moved the receiver out of sight and everything stayed. For renters I used heavy-duty velcro so the button can be removed later.

    Exactly what I needed

This compact wireless bell solved my aging wired chime without any rewiring. Installation was minutes: receiver in an outlet and the button stuck to my frame with the supplied adhesive. Signal reaches the opposite side of my house reliably, so no more missed deliveries. The chime is loud without being grating, and there are over fifty melody choices — we picked a classic ding-dong after sampling several.

  10. Prince VM 5/5

Gate bell performing well so far

Installed at the gate and it performs nicely — solid range and clear chime. The transmitter has been exposed to rain a few times without issue; I plan to add a small cover. Recommend for anyone seeking a simple wireless doorbell.

  11. Joash 5/5

    Weatherproof and reliable

Previous bells failed from rain and dust, but this unit has held up well for a couple months despite a higher initial cost. Installation required no drilling thanks to the strong tape and the sound and range have been excellent. Shipping can be slow in some regions, but the result is worth it.

  12. Valentino 5/5

Two units working flawlessly so far

Purchased two kits: one for a side door to alert a basement tenant and one for the front door. Both worked without issue the first week. The button comes with a battery that should last years and is replaceable. Setup took five minutes and the volume options are useful.
