Fits under low counters when open
I needed a steel can that would clear the underside of my island; my space is 34" tall and this unit tops out at about 32" with the lid fully open. It looks good and resists fingerprints. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Doesn’t damage the wall or stick out
This model avoids an external hinge that could scrape the wall and doesn't jut out far from where you place it. After a few months the lid developed a squeak, which was fixed with lubricant. Removing the inner bin to change bags requires angling it out, which takes a little practice but isn't a dealbreaker.

Polished look and useful soft-close
This can has a nicer finish than many stainless options and keeps its shine. The soft-close lid works reliably and the inner basket lifts out to change liners easily. The only minor annoyance is that some trash bags are snug around the rim, making new liners a bit fiddly. Good value for the features.

Solid pick with very careful packaging
Arrived perfectly packed with no dings. Customer support was responsive and helpful. We did have to experiment to get the lid to stay open — lifting it when it reached halfway did the trick — but once set up it's been fine. Overall very satisfied.

Lid can jam if bag isn’t arranged carefully
I like that the inside of the lid is flat plastic so it won’t rust, but the bag tends to bunch up near the hinge and can keep the lid from closing fully unless adjusted. My pet managed to get into the trash because of this. A partial refund was offered by the manufacturer, but I decided to replace the can instead.

Stylish can and responsive replacement support
The design is sleek and attractive. Our first unit arrived slightly damaged but the seller sent a replacement quickly and handled it well. Very impressed with the turn-around during a busy season. Happy with the second unit.
