Assembly issues — holes misaligned
I reached the middle of assembly and ran into poorly drilled holes; a couple of small parts didn't line up so two longer bars couldn't be joined. We tried forcing things but bolt holes were not close enough and one side sat higher than the other. I attempted to get replacement parts but the process was unclear. It's partially assembled now and I'm worried about returning it because it has been opened.

Poor construction caused wasted time
We almost finished putting it together when we found a crooked hole that prevented the final screw from seating. One screw also had bad threads. There was no clear way to order replacement parts, so we had to disassemble everything to return it after spending nearly two hours trying to fix it.
