Product review
This product is a concentrated botanical oil derived from the neem tree, offered in a bottle intended for dilution. The package contains a liquid concentrate that can be mixed with water to create a foliar spray; a single bottle produces multiple gallons of finished spray for repeat applications. The formula is biodegradable and is OMRI listed for use in organic gardening.
When prepared as directed, the spray functions in three roles: as a fungicide to prevent and control diseases like black spot, powdery mildew, rust, anthracnose, botrytis and scab; as a miticide to reduce mite populations; and as an insecticide that affects eggs, larvae and adult stages of pests such as aphids, whiteflies, beetles and leaf rollers. It can be applied to roses, flowers, herbs, vegetables, houseplants, trees, shrubs and lawns. The concentrate is stored in a squeezable bottle so you can mix only what you need; leftover concentrate may be kept for future use. For turf care, the diluted spray can help manage issues such as dollar spot and brown patch. Reapply after heavy rain as efficacy can diminish with wash-off, and always follow label directions for dilution rates and application intervals.
Pros
- Multi-action: controls fungi, mites and insects
- OMRI-listed and biodegradable

VerdictThis neem oil concentrate is a versatile, organic-compatible option for managing both insect pests and fungal issues around the home. The concentrate yields a generous amount of spray, making it economical for frequent use. Expect a noticeable odor

Works fast
Very effective — I sprayed it on my vegetable beds and the insects cleared out almost immediately. Quick knockdown and worthwhile for active infestations.

Consistent performer
Does what it claims. Easy to mix and it handled the pest problem on several plants without any fuss.

Cleared my fungus gnats
I didn’t like the smell, but it dramatically cut down fungus gnats. I sprayed foliage and added a bit to potting mix; paired with yellow sticky traps, the gnat numbers dropped a lot.

Good but needs practice
This product is useful, but there’s a learning curve for mixing rates for different plants and pests. Start dilute and increase concentration cautiously or you risk leaf burn.

Part of my routine
I use neem oil alongside diatomaceous earth and other simple barriers to keep a wide range of pests away. Be careful when applying: both sprays and fine powders can create clouds, so work when wind is away from you or wear a mask. Neem loses some strength after rain, so reapply as needed. If you want a stronger solution, reduce the water rather than overloading the concentrate to avoid overcoating foliage.

Versatile on many plants
I’ve used it on roses, trees and houseplants with good results. It deters a variety of insects, has a lemony, pungent scent, and is effective when used responsibly. Avoid spraying when pollinators are active.
